Separate room with Keurig coffee maker, dinning table and microwave. The staff were very amiable, thoughtful and helped me with free parking.

The staff were unhelpful throughout my stay. I found myself frustrated having to go to the front desk for basic needs like towels, breakfast requests, and access to the pool. The constant reminders about fines for dirty towels and sheets were overwhelming.

Accommodating staff made our early check-in seamless.

A Hidden Gem with Room for Improvement

The friendly staff welcomed us with fresh flowers, and every morning, we enjoyed warm muffins, made our mornings special. The surrounding grounds were immaculate, and the pool area was like a peaceful retreat.

Despite these positives, the room we stayed in showed signs of wear. Cleaning could have been better, with dust and dampness being an issue. Wi-Fi was annoyingly unreliable, which hindered our plans a bit.

Noise from adjoining rooms and a lack of privacy detracted from the stay, especially when an unfortunate incident with other guests escalated late at night. Despite the excellent service and inviting meals, the room felt small and warm, necessitating constant use of the air conditioning.

Good Stay with Warm Treats

Each morning started with fresh muffins and croissants delivered to our door, and the room was inviting and impeccably clean. I particularly enjoyed the well-maintained grounds where we could relax by the pool, a beautiful spot to unwind. Some noise from neighboring rooms might be an issue for light sleepers.

The staff was great and efficient. The location was perfect, away from the hustle but close to everything we wanted to visit. My experience at the drake inn was great with its lovely amenities and cleanliness.
